I have a dedicated location to train clients. The Workout Spot is located in Coconut Grove directly behind the Mayfair Shopping plaza.
I can also come to you. The areas I can travel to include Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables and South Miami.
I can train you in your home, apartment complex gym or at a public park. I have exercise equipment I can bring if necessary.
